Which Pedicure Is Right for You? A Guide to All 6 NailedXKB Pedicures

The NailedXKB Pedicure Guide: Finding the Right Pedicure for Your Feet

Not all feet need the same care, and not all pedicures are created equal.

At NailedXKB, pedicures are about more than choosing a pretty polish color. They’re about keeping your feet healthy-looking, soft, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Whether you need a simple cleanup, extra moisture, or more detailed toenail care, there’s a pedicure designed for you.

Let’s break down all six options so you know exactly what you’re booking.

1. Essential Pedicure — $55

Best for: Regular maintenance and feet that are already in good condition.

Sometimes, all you need is a little upkeep!

The Essential Pedicure is perfect for clients who want clean, polished, well-kept feet without extra treatments.

What’s included:

  • Nail trimming and shaping
  • Cuticle care
  • Light heel care
  • Exfoliation
  • Foot massage
  • Gel polish

Who should book this?

If your feet are generally smooth, your heels aren’t overly dry, and you keep up with regular appointments, this is a great option.

Think of it as your routine maintenance appointment.

2. Hydration Pedicure — $65

Best for: Mild dryness and clients who want a little extra moisture.

If your feet are starting to feel dry but don’t need intensive treatment, the Hydration Pedicure gives them some extra attention.

This service focuses on softening your skin while keeping your toenails neat and polished.

What’s included:

  • Detailed nail and cuticle care
  • Exfoliation
  • Hydrating foot mask
  • Hot towel treatment
  • Hot oil massage
  • Gel polish

Who should book this?

Clients who notice occasional dryness, especially around their heels, or simply enjoy a more moisturizing pedicure.

It’s a great step up from basic maintenance without committing to a more intensive service.

3. Mineral Reset Pedicure — $85

Best for: Tired feet, rough skin, and clients who enjoy refreshing foot treatments.

Your feet do a lot for you. Sometimes they deserve a reset.

The Mineral Reset Pedicure is a refreshing, detox-inspired service that combines a green tea, mint, and Epsom salt soak with deeper exfoliation.

What’s included:

  • Green tea, mint, and Epsom salt foot soak
  • Double exfoliation
  • Callus refinement
  • Purifying clay mask
  • Extended hot oil massage
  • Gel polish

What is double exfoliation?

Double exfoliation uses two products to remove dead skin.

First, a sugar scrub helps loosen and remove surface buildup. Next, a eucalyptus Pedi Slough, which is a pumice scrub polish, provides additional exfoliation to help smooth rough areas.

Who should book this?

Clients who spend a lot of time on their feet, experience rough patches, or want a refreshing service with more detailed exfoliation.

The term “detox” describes the refreshing spa experience. This pedicure does not remove toxins from your body.

4. Deep Hydration Pedicure — $105

Best for: Very dry feet, rough heels, and stubborn skin dryness.

If regular lotion isn’t doing enough, your feet may need more than a basic pedicure.

The Deep Hydration Pedicure focuses on removing excess dead skin and restoring moisture with several treatments working together.

What’s included:

  • Urea heel treatment
  • Double exfoliation with sugar scrub and eucalyptus Pedi Slough
  • Rich hydrating foot mask
  • Paraffin wax treatment
  • Extended hot oil massage
  • Gel polish

Why urea and paraffin wax?

Urea is an ingredient that helps your skin hold moisture. It can also help soften thick, rough skin, especially around your heels.

Paraffin wax is a warm wax treatment that helps your skin feel softer by trapping moisture and reducing water loss during the treatment.

Combined with a hydrating mask, these treatments provide a more intense moisturizing experience.

Who should book this?

Clients who regularly experience rough heels, flaky skin, or dryness that returns quickly after a basic pedicure.

Keep in mind that one appointment may not completely correct long-term dryness. Regular care and a good home routine make a difference.

5. Russian Hydration Pedicure — $135

Best for: Detailed cuticle care, dry skin around the toenails, and clients who prefer precision work.

This pedicure is all about the details.

Unlike a traditional pedicure, a Russian Pedicure uses specialized dry manicure techniques to carefully clean and refine the skin around your toenails.

Instead of relying on soaking to soften the cuticles, I use professional diamond exfoliation bits to gently remove excess dry and peeling skin around the nail area.

What’s included:

  • Detailed dry nail preparation
  • Precision cuticle care using diamond bits
  • Heel refinement
  • Hydration treatments
  • Hot oil massage
  • Gel polish

What makes the Russian Pedicure different?

The main difference is the level of detail around the toenails.

The diamond bits allow for controlled exfoliation of dry, nonliving skin, creating a neat, clean finish around the nail plate.

This service also includes hydration treatments such as urea, paraffin wax, and a hydrating mask to help soften and moisturize the feet.

Who should book this?

Clients who have dry or peeling skin around their toenails, prefer detailed cuticle work, or want extra attention to both their nail appearance and skin hydration.

6. Deep Reset Reconstruction Pedicure — $165

Best for: Toenails with cosmetic damage, uneven growth, or areas that may benefit from reconstruction.

Not every toenail grows perfectly, and sometimes traditional polishing isn’t enough to create the look you want.

The Deep Reset Reconstruction Pedicure is designed for clients who need additional attention to their toenails.

What’s included:

  • Detailed toenail assessment and preparation
  • Cosmetic nail correction
  • Polygel reconstruction when appropriate
  • Intensive hydration treatments
  • Paraffin wax
  • Hot oil massage
  • Gel polish

What is toenail reconstruction?

Toenail reconstruction uses enhancement products, such as polygel, to improve the appearance or shape of a damaged or uneven toenail.

For example, if part of a toenail is missing due to an old injury, reconstruction may be an option to create a more even appearance.

However, not every nail is a candidate for reconstruction. Nails that are actively lifting from the nail bed, infected, painful, or showing signs of disease may need medical evaluation rather than a cosmetic enhancement.

Who should book this?

Clients who have cosmetic toenail concerns that require more work than a standard pedicure.

If you’re unsure whether your toenail can be reconstructed, reach out before booking so we can discuss what’s appropriate.

A Few Things to Know Before Booking

Gel polish is included in every pedicure.

Every pedicure comes with gel polish at no additional charge.

Not interested in polish? That’s fine, too! You can request a shiny natural nail buff or a natural, no-shine finish instead.

Epsom salt is always complimentary.

Want Epsom salt added to your foot soak? Just ask!

Epsom salt can be added to any soaking pedicure at no additional charge. The Russian Pedicure is a dry service, so a traditional soak isn’t part of its standard process.

What’s the difference between hydration and exfoliation?

These two treatments work together, but they do different things.

Exfoliation removes dead skin cells from the surface of your feet. This helps reduce rough texture and leaves your skin feeling smoother.

Hydration focuses on adding and keeping moisture in your skin. Treatments like urea, hydrating masks, and paraffin wax help improve how dry skin feels.

If your feet are both rough and dry, choosing a pedicure that offers both types of care may give you better results.

How often should you get a pedicure?

For most clients, every 4 weeks is a good starting point for regular maintenance.

If you have very dry feet or buildup around your heels, you may benefit from more consistent attention and a home moisturizing routine.

The goal isn’t to remove as much skin as possible during one appointment. It’s to improve your feet safely and maintain those results over time.

Still Not Sure Which Pedicure to Choose?

Here’s an easy way to decide:

  • Essential: My feet are in good condition. I just need maintenance.
  • Hydration: My feet are a little dry and could use extra moisture.
  • Mineral Reset: My feet feel tired and rough. I want extra exfoliation and a refreshing soak.
  • Deep Hydration: My feet are very dry, and I need intensive moisture treatments.
  • Russian Hydration: I want detailed toenail and cuticle care with hydration.
  • Deep Reset Reconstruction: I have a cosmetically damaged or uneven toenail that may need reconstruction.

Healthy-Looking Feet Start With Consistent Care

You don’t have to wait until your feet are extremely dry or uncomfortable to schedule a pedicure.

Regular maintenance, daily moisturizing, and choosing the right treatments can make a noticeable difference in how your feet look and feel.

At NailedXKB, the goal is simple: care for your feet, not just your toenails.
